Service Agreement & Policies

Agreement
Arrival time: We always give a one to two hour arrival time range, because we do not control factors such as weather, traffic, additional delays due to previous appointments.
Medical Conditions: Owner must inform of any allergies or injuries. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions.
Aggressive Pets: We do not accept pets with a history of attacks or bites. We reserve the right to stop service if the pet is a risk.
Emergencies: In an emergency, we are authorized to contact a vet at your expense if you are not present.
Dematting: Removing severe mats may cause irritation or reveal skin wounds. Happy Furry Son is not responsible for these underlying issues.
Payment: Due at the time of service via Cash, Zelle, or Card.
Cancellations: Less than 48 hours notice or No-Show results in forfeiture of the $25 deposit.
Media: Photos of your pet may be used for advertising unless you opt-out.
